Slam City Skates began life in the basement of Rough Trade records on Talbot Road in 1986, an arrangement that was flipped in 1988 when our Neal’s Yard address opened with Rough Trade in the basement below Slam. This T-Shirt designed by Fergus Purcell romanticises our longstanding ties with Rough Trade who are now located opposite our East London shop.
