The 5/8″ hybrid concave locks your feet really well. It is more of a top shape then the standard concave and gives you more a top like feel. It has no flex and is very durable.
With the two kicks and the 5/8″ concave this Funbox drop through longboard is a really great all around deck. The Funbox Kray reviews are all very good for this no-nonsense cool board.
